Overheard in Barnes and Noble, West Chester Twp, OH
Father: (Pointing to a book) “I can’t believe they print trash like this”
Son: “What is it about?”
Father: “I don’t really know.”
One of the main reasons I have started this blog is to try to capture some of the interesting conversations I hear just in day to day life. Politicians talk about and think about what the people want, but it isn’t always clear that they are actually listening.So I have started listening. For the time being, at least, I think I am going to attempt to keep my own opinions and bias out of my “reporting” as much as possible. Instead, I just want to try and capture and write down those interactions that I see and hear, here where I live. In that sense, this is really more of a diary than a blog, and it isn’t important that anyone else should ever read it … but if you *are* reading this, welcome. :)
